Place is very nice. It’s been quite a while since we have been. The place has been remodeled, but they took away the salad bar. My favorite part of eating here. The restaurant was pretty clean. Our server was nice, but everything was so slow. Took forever to get drinks ordered, meal took forever to come out. Half the items on each of the plates were luke warm. The place was not that busy and it seemed like a lot of staff standing around. Maybe it was a shift change or they were waiting to close. The prices and what you get for them are a joke! Four tiny ribs were $9.99. The portions are small, the prices are high and the overall service is subpar. Our server was running around like crazy, not sure why none of the other servers were helping. The place was not even that busy. All in all we probably won’t be back. Better quality, better portions, and better pricing at a place like Shane’s…. Nowhere near what they used to be and they don’t seem to care. At least not the people working last night. We got there at 7:32pm, I know because they told us when we walked in they were closing soon. I looked at my watch, the sign on the door said they closed at 9 and I didn’t see anything anywhere alluding to closing early.

This was my first visit I was expecting the food to have sort of a home cooked type of flavor or close to it. The best thing I had from my meal was the Garlic toast it was perfect, The ribs were tender but bland favor, I like ribs that have been marinated in seasoning before being cooked, The (RIBS )packs definitely added flavor. The ( MAC & CHEESE) had the basic cheese sauce flavor. (COLE SLAW) taste okay it more of a dry salad type of product rather than mayonnaise or relish , Being this was my first time ever eating here I had no idea that the banana pudding is basically instant vanilla pudding with bananas, crumbled wafers and whipped cream if you choose. Including the tip it was a wasted 30.00. If I ever revisit I may get ribs and Garlic bread w) barbeque packets or may try a few other items on the menu. I'm curious to know if I went on a bad day or what. The cashier was polite as I was preparing her tip her purple pen went out so I used my own green/ black print and when I let her know hers went out she said I think we switched pens. I said know I have my company pen. Overall it seems to a cool place to dine for others

It's not Bucees, but for a quick serve BBQ joint, this place was not bad! Definitely one of the better options. I've done both take-out and dine-in. I recommend dining in because the food does taste better, you have access to all 4 of their bbq sauces on each table, and the fries aren't soggy by the time you get to them. The fries tho! They're so good! Perfectly crispy and salted to perfection. I've tried the brisket, pork, and turkey sandwiches. I'll never get the turkey again. It was pretty bad; very dry. The brisket sandwich is my favorite. The brisket grilled cheese was ok. The cheese honestly was a little overpowering. I feel like cheddar is too strong for this combination. I think a milder provolone would have complimented it more. I got coleslaw on the side and actually put it in my sandwich to balance out the flavors and the richness. It tasted a lot better this way! Aside from food, the tables were pretty nasty and the bathrooms seem like they're falling apart every time I go.

My spouse and I ordered the Ribs & Pulled pork Combo Meals and agree they were very tasty. The meat was tender and flavorful. I enjoyed having multiple BBQ sauce flavors, on a continuum of sweet to spicy, to add to my meat. Every flavor was good, in my opinion. The "sidekicks" were equally good. Between the two of us, we had macaroni-n-cheese, sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Mary was extremely attentive and the food was excellent. Hope to get Mary as a waitress again as all the food came out together for our party of 6 and our drinks never ran out. Can’t wait to come again!
