⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ovation Caribbean Restaurant in Lawrenceville is absolutely amazing! I had the brown stew chicken (bone-in) with rice and peas and cabbage, and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right, the rice and peas were rich and authentic, and the cabbage was fresh and delicious. You can really taste the love and Caribbean flavor in every bite. Definitely one of the best Caribbean meals I’ve had in the area. I’ll be back for sure!

Anthony was absolutely amazing. The food was top notch. I can’t wait to come back. Fridays is 2 for one fish. The snapper was the best I have ever had. The environment was soothing and welcoming. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. 10 out of 10. Kids meals are so affordable and so good as well.

Other reviews almost scared me away, but I’m glad I went for myself.
I had a WONDERFUL experience getting food. The attendant was welcoming, helpful, and informative. Also funny!
I got the stewed chicken and boy, the way she loaded up my plate, I was salivating in the store.
I was SHOCKED the total was only $13. Do you see all that food?!?? Talk about worth every penny! Thank you ovations. The food was DELICIOUS. DELICIOUS!!!

For $25 I would have thought I would have gotten more then 6 pieces of oxtail, my husband picked up the food so I probably would have cancelled the order, the rice was good and the cabbage could have been cooked a little longer, the oxtail however had ton of flavor! Just wish it was more for the price

I’ve always liked this place. I visited recently after a long hiatus, and was still pleased. I bought the jerk ribs dinner. The ribs were seasoned well and veryyy tender. The rice was good, but just a hint too salty. The mango lemonade was yummmmmy. Jamaican restaurants are expensive overall, but at least the food was good. The staff was very polite and patient while we decided on what we wanted to eat.
