A great hidden Mexican restaurant. We were seated promptly. And the salsa and chips were great. Salsa is a bit spicier than most places but I liked that. Their pulled chicken burrito was perfect size. I liked the chicken didn't have large clumps of peppers and onions. Served with rice and beans. And their margaritas have quite the kick :) definitely didn't skimp on the tequila. Our whole party was pleased with their experience. Our server was very attentive and quick. He never left our drinks go dry๐. We will definitely be back ๐

OMG!
I usually notice something that needs improvements, but honestly, this place is wonderful!
The service is great. They are very nice and keep asking if something else is needed.
I didn't know this place existed until I was disappointed looking for other close by restaurants.
Wow, the experience, the exquisite of the quality and flavor I have never experienced before. I don't know from where or who supply their meats, but they are 1st quality. Super flavored and soft carne asada, for me, is more like Brazilian picanha!
We ordered enchiladas of mole oaxaqueรฑo the most rich flavor and perfect combination of spicy and sweet.
Im an expert on enchiladas, I know what it takes to make perfect enchiladas from scratch.
The "churros" are another surprise experience, 3 big pieces with melted chocolate, filled with cajeta and vanilla ice cream! Yes, ice cream! I have never thought about such a combination. I love it! Also, the ice cream was a very good crafted one.
Looks like they right have original cocineras from Oaxaca in their kitchen!! ๐๐๐๐
100% Recommended!
It's hard to find another place like this.
Atlanta metro area has grown so much and so fast that many restaurants don't pay attention to the detail.
God bless this place, owners and employees, and hopefully stay many years as same quality.
Absolutely, we will return soon!
Thanks, Oaxaca Restaurant, for your real Mexican culinary experience!

Always a great time at Oaxaca. Drinks are amazing with great bartenders. And the food is just perfectttt. My personal favorites are the Al Pastor tacos, the Flautas, and their Salsa Verde Enchiladas! Don't forget to order a Michelada ๐คช
Side note, their Serrano Salsa is BOMB.COM ๐ฅ

Food and drinks have always been good, but beware if you decide to order pick up over the phone or in person they charge you a $10 service charge; but if you order online no service charge. Thatโs a whole additional appetizer. Just make sure you check your receipts.

The best and most authentic mole I have ever had, hands down (please be aware that authentic mole is not necessarily the mole you have had before though, but it's worth the adjustment). Oaxaca has an amazing, must-try Tilapia and shrimp dish as well. Their chilaquiles are also amazing; get them spicy with red sauce and over-easy egg and you won't be disappointed.
Generally everything on their menu is amazing. I go here for my birthday every year, ever since discovering this to be the best Mexican food in the greater Gwinnett area. It's up-scale Mexican at hole-in-the-wall prices with the most delicious salsas. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
