Tammy and her team are amazing! I stopped in for lunch (Pollo Mexicano Potatoe) and wanted my favorite cran-walnut cookies. Unfortunately they were all sold out. They made me aware that a new batch of cookies could be placed in the oven but I would have to wait until they unloaded from the delivery truck and then pop them in the oven which would take about 20 minutes. I waited and received fresh baked cookies that were oh so delicious.
This is what great customer service looks like! I'll always come back.

Had lunch at Jason’s Deli and it was a solid 4.5-star experience. I ordered the Bacon Chicken Potato and it was exactly what I hoped for—hot, filling, and full of flavor. The potato was baked just right, soft inside with a good skin. The chicken was tender, the bacon was crispy, and everything was covered in melted cheese and sour cream. It all came together in the best way. The portion was big enough to leave you full, but not overstuffed. Service was quick and the team was friendly, even though the place was busy. The dining area was clean and easy to relax in. Only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because there was a little wait to order, but nothing too bad. If you're looking for something warm, hearty, and satisfying, I’d recommend stopping in. That Bacon Chicken Potato? Worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been ordering from Jason’s Deli through DoorDash for over five years, but after this latest experience, I’m done. When Taylor was the general manager, he cared about every detail—he made sure orders were correct, the condiments were included, and customers felt valued. That kind of service kept me coming back.
Now, under new management, that care is completely gone. The current general manager refuses to take phone calls for DoorDash or pickup orders, saying it “interrupts their service.” Really? Since when did helping loyal customers become an inconvenience? I tried their website like she insisted—it’s confusing, doesn’t allow clear notes for edits, and they tack on a $10 delivery fee. Ten dollars! Even DoorDash doesn’t charge that for DashPass members.
Jason’s Deli used to be about people and service. Now it feels like they’ve forgotten both. I’m not the only one noticing—their 3.3 Yelp rating says it all. It’s sad to see a place that once cared so much about its guests lose its heart.

Tammy has brought restaurant alive.
Atmosphere is friendly and professional. Food is wonderful and served hot and with a friendly greeting and smile. Love the always ready salad bar and healthy choices!
