Found mold on the bottom of my dessert. Brought it to the staff’s attention, and they all immediately insisted it was not their fault and the dessert is supplied by an outside company. One employee then brought over the whole tray, I guess to prove there was nothing wrong with the food, only to flip over more desserts and find more mold. Then I was given $5 as a “refund” and told “ I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m just a waiter”. After insisting that was ridiculous, I was refunded the full amount I paid for myself, but not my son. Also heard the waiter very rudely demanding the table behind me “hurry up and pay”, as they were about 30 minutes from closing. Obviously will not be returning.

I saw this place on another reviewer’s page and had to try it. I wasn’t impressed. About 90% of the food is greasy or fried. Taste was fine but not for me. Need healthier options.

Came here for a lunch to-go by the pound. I only got hibachi beef, shrimp, and some veggies, which according to their menu should be $7.99/lb. However, they charged me $8.99/lb instead and justified it by saying, “You didn’t get rice or noodles.” That kind of discretionary pricing doesn’t feel fair or transparent.

I've been coming here since I was a kid with my dad, my dad is gone now and I had to convince my wife to come here with me. She usually hates buffets but she really liked this one. They have alot of sushi options, alot of unique foods, lots of different chickens and beefs, and everything I had was delicious. The only negative is that the prices have risen substantially over the years. Dinner was $18.50 a person, which could be pretty unaffordable to some. Lunch is still $13.50 so it's not terrible, and honestly the food was worth every penny, but it's just not as affordable to some.

A couple of months ago, we came around 8 ish and my father does eat a lot. So we didn't leave until closing time. Normally, at least in a couple of restaurants I've been too, they don't rush you. But they placed the bill and my dad decided to pay and he was finishing his plate but a waiter took it away. While eating it. We were a bit flabbergasted. And even the other waiters seemed to agree. They apologized but at that point we just got up and left. We didn't leave a tip due to bad customer service. Today we came back after that incident. Everything was decent for the most part. We got billed and we paid. We were leaving and one of the waiters proceeded to stop us saying we didn't pay. I responded yes we did and she told us to stop and my dad was about to go back in when she said sorry. I think it was a bit rude to judge that we didn't pay when you weren't the one to give the bill. These waiters need to learn better service. Safe to say we won't be coming back anytime soon.
