Unaware that the original place we chose to eat didn't open until 4:30; it was 2pm, we decided to hop across the street to Foggy Bottom. I'm so glad we did! Kelly C. was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious! It wasn't crowded, and it was a Sunday afternoon which was great. The BBQ was tender, and the mac and cheese was great! I would recommend a meal or two, or three! at Foggy Bottom!

Compared to Shane’s rob shack which I also get this same thing I rate 4/10 and Shane’s is already setting when it comes to bbq plate but atleast it’s still good. This place was nice homey nice staff but the food is genuinely not flavorful. Honest review to save someone with a craving of good bbq first time there and based on how the food taste I probably won’t be back. :( (btw I tased the items I just made me a different plate.

Came here on a Sunday evening and the service was incredibly friendly and the food came out very quick. I got a pulled pork plate with Mac n cheese and red beans and rice. The plate was very filling and all of the food was so delicious and flavorful. I will definitely return here in the future!

We ordered two pitmaster plates, one with brisket, chicken, ribs, and one with brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. The brisket was so dry it literally crumbled into matchsticks. The ribs were extremely tough, we had to rip the meat from the bone. The chicken was dry too. The pork was just ok. The spicy bbq sauce and collards were good, but it just wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed.

Went with co-workers that recommended I eat there. Not as good as Texas barbecue, but they had collards. It's not something I have found in Texas that I enjoy. I will say that only Geogia continues to exceed my expectations with their veggies. Fried dill pickle spears and Chipotle dressing? Never saw that, but I tried them. Definitely prefer the crinkle cut fried pickles with ranch. Portions were not quite what I would have expected for the price. Brisket had good char on the outside and seasoned well. Could have used a few more slices.
