Our order are Bacon Burger with I forget the name, I think chicken tender with Mac n Cheese and fries. I also requested grill jalapeño. Overall is good. waiting little bit longer to get the food. Just make sure coming here with not too hungry.
We haven’t been here in a long while. Went on a lunch date with my son. We got the 3 for Me. Both got the Smash Burger w/ fries. I had their chicken tortilla soup and my son got the chips and salsa. Soup was good, but better with the massive chips with the salsa. So used it as a dip bc it was so cheesy! Service was good and the manager came by to check on us which was a plus. Burgers were decent for the price. We should’ve gotten the Triple Dipper. Maybe next time.
Great ambiance with a fun and lively vibe. It’s a perfect place to relax with friends and enjoy good food and drinks. Staff was very attentive and overall service was great..
Edited 9/20/2025: my recent was much better. The service was great and food was decent. I increased my rating to 4 stars. My first visit to this Chili's Grill & Bar location was a mixed experience. While I’ve been to other Chili's before, this one had some issues. The food was decent and affordable, and the burger and pasta were delicious. However, the service was lacking; it took about 25 minutes to place our order after receiving our waters. We also had trouble with one of my gift cards, which couldn’t be used.
This Chili’s is far from the mark when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I went up there tonight for a To go order I spent more than $72 on. When I finally got home, the sides for two of my $16 crisper combos were not in the bag. I usually check at any restaurant when I take the food to go, but I did not tonight. I called up there to let the young lady know. She was very nonchalant and referred me to her manager “Nate” who was conveniently not available. She then says they did a double check of the food, insinuating that I have to lie about some $3 sides. Obviously the team skipped a step and now it’s left on the customer who spent their hard earned money on what they thought would be a great meal after work. This is a mess. Customers deserve to get the items they pay for.
