My first visit to this Chili's Grill & Bar location was a mixed experience. While I’ve been to other Chili's before, this one had some issues. The food was decent and affordable, and the burger and pasta were delicious. However, the service was lacking; it took about 25 minutes to place our order after receiving our waters. We also had trouble with one of my gift cards, which couldn’t be used.
Everything about this location from start to finish was SUPERB!! We were out celebrating my grandson's acceptance into MIT's MITES Semester and the wait time to be seated was less than 3 minutes. We were a large party and were thankful to be seated at a table that wasn't cramped with everyone squashed together. The drinks and appetizer menus are robust with a great selection to choose from & the entree menu was just as good, with lots of interesting twists on standard big-chain restaurant food. Trust me, no matter what you choose when you come here, that menu will make you want to come back! I had the Mango El Presidente margarita & it was DEE-LISH!! My ribeye was tender, juicy and seasoned to perfection and I know everyone else felt the same way about their food too. DEFINITELY making this my new go-to spot & am looking forward to going back soon.
I didn’t want to post but I’m tired of spending money and not getting what I want. Your pics bring us here and we get something different. After taking a bite of the burger I couldn’t take it… they gave me 6 fries and the burger had a smidget of sauce. And everything in the middle.
I think the picture is sufficient… but needless to say, I’ve had a fair amount of terrible experiences at this location whether it’s takeout or dine in. Sincerely, I don’t know why we continue giving this location so many chances. This plate was replaced by the manger but honestly I doubt it was. It was “replaced” within 5 minutes. I had lost my appetite and there wasn’t much consideration. Overall was still charged the plate with 0% discount, service was fine in the beginning but then our waitress was put to bartend and we weren’t notified of our new waitress. Our new waitress never introduced herself, she came near the end with hostility and 0 patience. We would not recommend this location at all for neither takeout nor dine in. You’re better off at Panera that’s right next door.
Been eating from here for years. My boyfriend ordered through Uber Eats last night and we found a dead roach on top of our cheese fries. This restaurant is obviously not clean. We were able to get reimbursed through Uber. Sadly, we likely will not be ordering from this location again...
