We were running late to practice and sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, and we were the only car there. There was no line when we pulled up—literally just our order—so that wait time is completely unacceptable. It’s called fast food for a reason. The timer is there to make sure food gets out quickly, not to avoid helping customers or resetting the line.
We were asked to pull up because they “had a timer”. That timer is there for a reason. So you do your job in a timely manner. When I pulled back around to address the issue, the manager, Brianna, according to the gentleman named Denim, told me she would call the police instead of trying to fix it. That response was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand how it’s supposed to run. This wasn’t about being busy—it was about how the situation was handled. I wasn’t looking for a confrontation, just for our order to be handled properly.
Overall, a really disappointing experience that needs to be addressed.

Have to take a deep breath. Order taking good, food takes longer. The food was hot and good. Sauce station need help. Drink station fixed. Thank You. Keep working hard, i am partial to Arbys. I have eaten there since Roy Rogers Roast Beef went out and Rax roast beef. Small details matter.

Very slow. Every time I come here, I have to pull to the front to wait for my food. Not figuratively but literally every time. This time there was a car ahead of me who had to pull to the front so I had to wait at the window for several minutes. Good food but it's definitely not fast. Not anymore anyway.

Came through Arby’s and had a really good experience. Rocky was super friendly, patient, and kept everything moving smoothly. Order was perfect too, she made the visit better.
