    I can’t believe they didn’t even give me fries! I’m joking it was so good I devoured it instantly. I did drive through and i immediately got helped and was able to order. Paid and instantly got my food. I haven’t eaten Arby’s in a while but this time I got the Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Meal. The fries were so good and still hot. The sandwich was really good as I don’t usually like their sandwiches. It had garlic flavor like stated and had onion rings in them. I would definitely recommend this location! They also gave me a ton of ketchup when I asked for some. The beef was also very tender and fell apart when I pulled at it.

    Curly fries and boneless wings are pretty good. New hot honey bbq flavor isn’t that good

    The online ordering is a pain in the a$$ at times. Also, the pressed composition of the roast beef meat for sandwiches is too salty. Need to work on a more customer friendly cure/binder for your "roast beef".

    Didn't get the Aujus dip in the bag!!The main reason I got the sandwich!!! The sandwich was also mad sloppy and the cheese was stuck on the paper! Now I just have a dry @ss sandwich that's cold.

    ZERO HYGIENE AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Arby’s on South Clayton Street in Lawrenceville. I ordered four milkshakes, one Jamocha, one vanilla and two chocolate milkshakes, one of the chocolate milkshakes had an eyelash in it. This was utterly disgusting and unacceptable, especially as it was meant for my daughter. We had no choice but to rinse it down the sink. I called Arby’s immediately to inform them, hoping they would be more careful in the future and apologetic. However, the response was shockingly rude. The person on the phone dismissively said “yessss!” and when I reiterated the issue, they put me on hold and then hung up. I called back three times, only to decline my calls and to be sent to voicemail each time. This level of customer service is appalling. It’s a huge disappointment to see such a lack of concern for hygiene and customer care. I won’t be returning to this location and advise others to be cautious when considering dining here. I’d give zero star if possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
