Look at the before and after pictures I posted 😁, they will tell you everything. I just about almost ate the styrofoam container too, that’s how good this large braised oxtail meal was. This is my new favorite place to get oxtail. The serving of oxtail was generous so much so that I had enough oxtail for every spoonful of rice that was in this plate. I’m definitely ordering again from this place. It was so delicious and tender !!!! and fulfilling. Definitely well worth it.
I get food from this restaurant twice a week. I love it! especially their fried chicken with rice and peas. Customer service is also wonderful. I would recommend.
OUTSTANDING. ABOVE AND BEYOND. LIFESAVERS. Our caterer canceled on us the night before an event with 30 people arriving the next day. Full panic mode. As a last-ditch effort, we called this Golden Krust location late at night and asked the impossible: Could you have food ready by noon tomorrow? Not only did they say yes.......they showed up like absolute pros. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, calm, and incredibly helpful. Chef Keith and the team didn’t just “do the job”—they went above and beyond. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed. They even helped pack my car carefully, making sure everything was secure and ready to serve. We went from fully panicked to extremely pleased in a matter of hours. I have nothing but love and respect for this place. This is what community looks like. Please patronize our people, support this business, and know that if you’re ever in a bind, they come through with heart, professionalism, and pride. Highly, highly recommend. 🙌🏾❤️
Had the jerk chicken dinner. It came with rice, plantains, and greens. All of the food was tasty. The food carried my rating to a 5. The music is too loud to hear the server even when 2-3 feet away. It needs to turned down. This is a restaurant, not a dance hall. Is the music for your customers or staff? Also, the fonts on your menu need to be 2x or more larger. I have great eyesight and could not read your menu. Do you want sales? I almost left in confusion.
First time in a very long time since I’ve been to this place. I was in line (sort of) and was told to change position to get service. I ordered and went to cash out. I was given an extra patie, a kind gesture for a moment of slight frustration on my behalf. I was surprised and caught off guard by this simple act of kindness. You have my business from now on whenever I think of Jamaican food. That says a lot for customer service and satisfaction. Thank you kind man. Much appreciated.
