Best West Indian on the low spot! Ackee, Caliloo, Brown stew chicken, fresher patties & cocoa bread than other spots. Oh I forgot about the Peas soup, Lord a Mercy lol. Everything was delicious!

The staff was very friendly and informative. I got the jerk chicken, which was not too spicy. The meat was tender, and the rice & peas tasted great. My husband had the oxtail. The meat and sauce was well balanced & flavorful. They also had a snack/shop area for Caribbean goods like: browning, bun, crackers, patty syrup, and even Wata. It was a must-see for us while visiting Georgia.

My favorite place to get oxtails. Been coming here for about 7 years & still my go-to. I love the plantains, they’re made exactly the way I like them (soft & sweet) . I love the beef patties & coco bread too. Omg the best! I’ve always tried the jerk chicken, that was good too. You can eat in, lots of seating available. The workers are nice & always have been. Will continue to come back!

Decided to stop by to grab some lunch. It’s a pretty clean and well-maintained restaurant where they’re selling spices from Jamaica and other things. Placed to go order for jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and some plantains. Overall the jerk chicken was really good and juicy so I appreciated that. The rice and peas are the usual for every Jamaican restaurant. The cabbage was okay. The lady that took my order was really nice.

Ordered here via Uber Eats. I got an oxtail meal, a stew chicken meal, a roti skin, a beef patty and a fried dumpling. First the good: the beef patties are delicious. They came warm, the crust was soft and flakey with crispy edges, the beef inside was seasoned perfectly with a little spice. The dumpling also came warm and has a nice slightly sweet taste. Now the not so good: The roti skin came wrapped in parchment and is cold. It does have a good taste but why wasn't it warmed before putting it in the bag. Both the oxtail and stew chicken meal also arrived cold. I had to nuke them to serve my family. The stew chicken has a pretty good taste, but I didn't like the seasoning on the oxtail. What's worse though is the meat on the oxtail was tough! I'm used to the meat on oxtails falling off the bone, with a texture that's almost silky. This was not that. I was biting and fighting to get the meat off the bone and unfortunately I didn't care for the sauce. The rice and peas tasted great but they arrived cold. The cabbage was ok but it also arrived cold. I would probably order again for the patties only.
